The students of the technical institute Enrico Fermi of Mantua visit Belleli Energy Cpe

Few days ago we have welcomed some classes of the 4th and 5th year of the Technical Institute “E. Fermi” of Mantua together with their teachers.

The students accompanied by our technicians and engineers were able to see with their own eyes what they studied at school. In particular they were impressed by the size of our equipment and by the components of the ITER nuclear fusion research project.

The visit followed a meeting that took place at the same Institute, requested by the School Principal, to learn about the possible role of qualified technicians and engineers in our society.

Belleli completed one of the world’s heaviest Ammonia Converter

Belleli Energy CPE has successfully completed the delivery of an Ammonia Converter.

This item has been entirely fabricated by Belleli in 19 months at its workshop located in Mantua (Italy) and will be employed in the process of the Ammonia synthesis.

The equipment, composed of shell forged barrels in low alloy steel SA541 Gr.22 Cl.2 with 224mm thickness and a final weight of almost 800 tons, is one of the heaviest Ammonia Converter ever built in history.

This significant achievement confirms Belleli strategical position as a manufacturing world leader of critical process equipment for new and existing chemical plants.

Belleli participates to the Gemlik Urea Plant Project

Belleli Energy CPE has completed the delivery of an ULE Pool Reactor licensed by Stamicarbon BV that will be installed in the Urea Plant located in Gemlik, Turkey, executed by Tecnimont Spa.
The equipment, weighing 345 tons, has been fabricated by Belleli in 18 months in its workshops located in Mantua, Italy and followed the delivery of a HP Stripper performed last August.

The reactor will be transported across the Mediterranean Sea and then moved to the plant by a special heavy road transport.
The equipment for this project is the third item in the last two years supplied by Belleli, which pioneered the Pool Reactor ULE design and the existing relationship with Stamicarbon.

This significant achievement confirms Belleli strategical position as a manufacturing world leader of critical process equipment for new and existing fertilizer plants.

Mantua celebrates the success of an important training and work project

A memorable event took place this morning in the scenographic setting of the Univermantova Foundation headquarters, in order to celebrate a successful collaboration. In 2019. Belleli Energy CPE, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the Univermantova Foundation launched the “Critical Process Equipment Expert” post-graduate training course;  this year the story took shape with the placement in the Tosto Group’s companies of all the students who took part in the initiative: 20 young engineers selected from over 110 applications received.

At the event participated the Mayor of Mantua Mattia Palazzi, Marko Bertogna and Francesco Leali, UniMoRe Full Professors, Luca Pierfelice and Fausto Fusari, respectively CFO and V.P. R&D of Belleli Energy CPE and the students who testified their experience.

Belleli to welcome students of the professional institute of Parma

On April 21st we had the pleasure of receiving the 5th year students of the Professional Institute “Primo Levi” of Parma, accompanied by their teachers. After the greetings and the presentation of the company, the students were divided into groups and accompanied to the several departments. Assisted by Belleli’s technicians, they were able to inspect the various manufacturing stages of the equipment and to observe what they have learned at school during classroom training. In particular, the students showed great interest for the ITER area, where two sectors of the Vacuum Vessel, a particularly critical component of the international nuclear fusion project, are being completed.

Belleli participates to the conference "Gas and Petrochemical. Towards Green Future"

Belleli Energy CPE participated in the XII International Conference “Gas and Petrochemical. Towards Green Future“ organized by the Russian company ONHP, held in OMSK, Russian Federation, on 2nd and 3rd December.

Fausto Fusari VP R&D of Belleli presented a paper entitled “Requirements for Hydrogen Storage: Material selection and inherent quality tests” on the emerging needs to store pure Hydrogen, produced through Renewable Energies. Belleli Energy Cpe, in line with the philosophy of the Tosto Group, shows great interest in this new sector of the Green Economy, also promoting research aimed at a normalization of the quality requirements for the manufacturing of components for Hydrogen storage and production.
