Brunei starting delivery
Mantua (Italy - October,11th 2019).
The first equipment for the urea granulation plant located in the Sungai Liang Industrial Park (Brunei) has been shipped this morning from our plant in Mantua (Italy).
The shipped equipment is an High Pressure scrubber which has been designed and manufactured by Belleli Energy CPE srl following the technical specification of the licensor Stamicarbon and the EPC Contractor ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions.
The supply also includes a High pressure Stripper, a Pool Condenser and a Urea reactor. The project is the single largest and never made before project for the fertilizer industry completed by Belleli Energy CPE.
Once installed at end user’s facilities, the equipment will permit to produce 3,900 mtpd of quality granulated fertilizer (urea), with an annual capacity of 600,000 tonnes per annum.
This important supply confirms once again the leadership of Belleli Energy CPE in the manufacturing of the high pressure equipment for the fertilizer industry as well as its consolidated business presence in the south-east Asia region.
Belleli and University of Modena and Reggio Emilia signed a Memorandum of Understanding to boost the link between industry and universities
A memorandum of understanding for the development of research, study and learning activities has been signed between Belleli Energy CPE and the University of Modena – Engineering department “Enzo Ferrari”- on October 2nd 2019.
The three-year strategic agreement foresee the development of collaborations in the education and research fields related to specific topics of the company activity, as well as periods of internships and preparation of Master's degree thesis.
The company, which is a worldwide leader in the design and construction of critical components, is pleased to start the collaboration with the University, based on training and research activities aimed to increase workers’ skills and on developing technological innovations which are more and more necessary to face the global industry challenges.
The agreement affirms once again the already consolidated policy of collaboration with the academic world and local public institutions in order to link the educational studies with the requirements of the labour market.
Phillips 66 visited Belleli Energy CPE premises
The project team of the US based company “Phillips 66 “ visited the workshop of Belleli Energy CPE on Wednesday September, 18th 2019.
The visit has been scheduled in connection with the award by Belleli Energy CPE of a contract for the construction of one Hydrotreating reactor to be installed at “Wood River” refinery located in St. Louis (Illinois).
Phillips 66 is one of the major oil refining company in the US. It owns and manages directly 13 refineries worldwide (11 only in the US).
Phillips 66 project team members expressed their appreciation to Belleli Energy CPE quality system and welding technology which have been the key factors for the award of the project.
The reactor weight after fabrication will be about 1450 ton and it will be fabricated by adopting the innovative technology called MONOWELD which has been developed and patented by Belleli Energy CPE for the fabrication of Critical Process Equipment.

BELLELI ENERGY WELCOMES STUDENTS OF THE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE FERMI IN THE FRAME OF SCHOOL-WORK EXPERIENCE PROJECT
Also this year Belleli Energy hosted the students of the Enrico Fermi Technical Institute , Mantova , as part of the collaboration for the school-work experience project.
The students carried out their activities supported by expert internal tutors, divided into the areas of Engineering, Job Management, Sales and Maintenance.
The inclusion in productive realities in line with their course of study was particularly appreciated by the students, who showed great commitment and spirit of initiative in facing the assigned activities.
This, combined with an excellent integration with tutors and colleagues from the units involved, allowed them to complete a profitable path both for completing their studies and for future entry into the reality of work.
The CEO Paolo Fedeli, addressing a greeting to the students, expressed satisfaction with the commitment shown and found by the boys a very positive judgment on the lived experience, in particular in relation to the possibility they had of putting into practice what they had studied only in theory.
Belleli Energy is pleased to take part in the project every year by welcoming students from the area to introduce them to the world of work in an international company.

The fifth round of the training course for Professional Welders is about to start
The fifth edition of the professional course for young welders organized by Belleli Energy CPE is aiming to join 30 young volunteers. Only commitment and reliability are required in order to get the opportunity to professionally grow up in an historic Italian company working in an international environment. The company, leader in the pressure equipment industry and in the manufacturing of technological equipment for nuclear fusion as well as critical and advanced long lead items, intends to offer jobs and career opportunities to young people.
Requirements: young and willing people aged between 18 and 26, residing within a maximum range of forty kilometers from the city of Mantua and from the company headquarters. Candidates may come from technical schools (professional and technical institutes), must be healthy, have a standard body mass index, must not wear glasses and do not have allergies to dust.
First step: a professional training course.
The career will be established step by step on a meritocratic basis. Young people will be chosen through a selection of several steps, aimed at gradual integration into the workforce. Priority will be given to whomever included in Law 68/99 list (impaired people or protected categories) that still conforms to the aforementioned requirements.
