Belleli Energy Rolls Out its new Heavy Transport 2000 Ton Barge
It’s an important and remarkable day for Belleli Energy and for Mantova. Belleli New Heavy Transport 2000 ton barge rolls out of production facilities towards the river.
With dimensions of 12m x 80m and 2000 Ton lifting/transport capacity with a fully automated ballasting system is the first ship of this kind to operate in Italian Internal waters.
This equipment will further boost Belleli capabilities and flexibility on super-heavy Reactors and Equipment and will also allow transport of several equipment at the same time.
The Ship has been tailor made and has been entirely conceived, engineered and built by Belleli in house with own resources. A further demonstration of world-class capabilities both in engineering and craftmanship that is going to provide a further differentiation tool to attract more and more challenging Projects.

Belleli at AEM annual strategy meeting
ROSATOM – Atomenergomash (AEM) has invited Belleli Energy to present global market perspectives and joint cooperation status at the annual AEM Top Management strategy meeting. Belleli Energy CEO Paolo Fedeli has addressed also direct queries of AEM top management on the same topics. AEM CEO, Mr. A. Nikipelov, has personally outlined the importance of this cooperation. Paolo Fedeli has Commented the event “Having being invited in the AEM Annual Strategy Meeting as a Partner is a privilege for us, it is a signal of a growing synergy and mutual trust”.
The biggest Urea Reactor and Pool Condenser ever made delivered by Belleli
December 21st, 2019. The last two urea equipment of the important contract awarded by the licensor Stamicarbon has been finally delivered today.
The 353 tonnes Urea Reactor and the 320 tonnes Pool Condenser represent a record for Belleli Energy CPE in terms of Urea equipment manufactured with Safurex® material in the Mantova Workshop.
Once installed at the End User’s facilities, the equipment will permit to produce 3,900 mtpd of quality granulated fertilizer (urea), with an annual capacity of 600,000 tonnes per annum.
Belleli Energy CPE confirms once again its leadership in the supply of equipment for the fertilizer plants by satisfying the increasingly and challenging requirements of Licensor, EPC contractors and End User.
Christmas 2019 at Belleli’s
It took place in the picturesque "Villa corte Peron" on the outskirts of the city of Mantua where the historic Belleli company is based, the dinner strongly desired by the CEO Paolo Fedeli and by the Tosto property for the usual Christmas and New Year greetings. Among the attendants, in addition to the CEO Paolo Fedeli, the VP operation Giacomo Fossataro and the CFO Luca Pierfelice, also the president Luca Tosto and the founder Walter Tosto. The Protagonist of the evening was a video produced a little earlier on the everyday life within the company and in the homes of some employees that has enhanced the theme of the family and human values that in the group are the ingredients that made it great. INNSE BERARDI visits Belleli Energy cpe.
Mantua, 18 December 2019. A Delegation of Innse Berardi, an historic manufacturing company of high-tech milling machines located in the city of Brescia (Italy), visited Belleli Energy CPE workshop of Mantua.
The CFO Luca Pierfelice and the V.P. Operation Giacomo Fossataro have accompanied Mr. Luca Molinari, Mr. Stefano Lodolo and Mr. Mario Camozzi - Top Management of Innse Berardi - showing them the production processes.
The tour concluded with a visit to the brand new giant milling machine ATLAS portal, recently installed in Belleli’s facility.
After expressing the great satisfaction arising from the collaboration between the two companies, the managers exchanged Christmas greetings with a great handshake.
Renewal of the legality rating from the Italian Competition and Market Authority
The Legality Rating is a recognition conferred by the AGCM in order to reward companies that operate according to the principles of legality, transparency and social responsibility.
The score awarded is two “Stars” on a scale from a minimum of one to a maximum of three "stars".

BELLELI ENERGY CPE HOSTS THE THIRD DAY OF THE "FORGING COURSE"
Belleli Energy CPE has been honored to host the third day of the “Forging Course” organized by AIM (Italian Metallurgy association) under the patronage of AIPE (Italian Association Pressure Equipment).
The course has been focused on the use of forgings in the Oil & Gas industry and has been moderated by Mr. Gabriele Rampinini from the forging company “Forgiatura Vienna”.
The CEO of Belleli Energy CPE Mr. Paolo Fedeli opened the day with a welcoming speech in which he underlined the importance of the work of the two associations AIM and AIPE. He also highlighted the synergies between the members of the associations in order to enhance the already consolidated experiences in the respective fields of application.
Mr. Massimiliano Tacconelli, Nuclear Program Manager of Walter Tosto SPA, presented a study on “Technical specification converted to requirements to Forging Master. Differences between the Oil and Gas and Nuclear Sectors approaches”.
Mr. Fausto Fusari, VP Technology of Belleli Energy CPE, presented a paper on “Differences between laminated products and forged component. Comparisons on qualitative components (isotropy). Limits of use of steel plates in the manufacturing due to bending problems and to the costs/risks of welding in relation to the material”.
Moreover, a shop tour was organized in which the course’s members had the opportunity to witness to the innovative welding technology adopted by Belleli Energy CPE in the manufacturing of critical process equipment. The participants were very interested in the manufacturing processes and addressed several questions to Belleli’s production team managers.
The day concluded with a discussion round table to talk about some stringent requirements by the end user which are difficult to comply with and the relevant responsibility aspects on the product’s quality versus the end user.
